Covid 19 Update

We are pleased to announce that the Practice has re-opened.

Patients who wish to have in practice procedures will be asked to provide information about their current health, their temperature taken, and will be given information and consent related to Covid-19. Clearly, the safety of our patients and staff is paramount and we will follow the current Government and AMA* guideline for COVID-19 to provide you with a clean, safe, and comfortable experience. Please keep in mind that when booking your virtual consultation, our team will kindly ask for you to consent to the following protocols:

All patients who visit our locations are required to undergo a temperature checking and to fill out the questionnaire by AMA.

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your consultation including Virtual consultation.

Our patients are the most important part of our practice. We reserve this time just for you. But we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a 48-hour notice or your initial deposit will be non-refundable.
