Jenesis Laser Peel combines Q switched Nd Yag and Jenesis Depigmentation Peel.
It leads to a decrease in melanin synthesis and hence to a decrease in darkened skin color. Jenesis Peel has a depigmentation agent which acts by decreasing melanin from the skin. Melanin is responsible for the darkening of the skin. Jenesis Laser Depigmentation Peel is currently being used to lighten up (depigment) skin. It has the ability to inhibit an enzyme (tyrosinase) that is involved in the process of causing skin darkening (melanin). Also1064 Q-stwithed Nd Yag laser can treat the pigmentation located in deep dermal layer.

A. The initial treatment with JENESIS LASER PEEL is always done in the clinic. The first part involves evaluation of the skin type by the doctor. The cleansing of the skin is done with aqua and an acetone containing product. The cleansing removes all the dead cells and old debris.
After the skin washing, JENESIS LASER PEEL 1 is applied. The mask is left on for a total of 4-8 hours depending on your skin type. Following this, you will be allowed to go home with the mask on. After the initial application time has elapsed, the mask is removed with water and a neutral cleanser.
Immediately following the cleansing of the face, the mesoestetic Hydra-vital factor K cream is applied.
A. The second stage is the home maintenance program. It consists of the daily application of the Peel 2 cream. The cream is applied 2-3 times a day, for the first two weeks following the application of the mask, then once a day from then on. Continual daily use is recommended for the best results.
A. In most cases, the skin blemishes start to disappear within the first week after starting treatment. The darker the skin, the longer the time it takes for the spots to disappear. The skin starts to appear shiny and healthy in 2-3 weeks. In most individuals the darken spots can not be seen in 4-6 weeks.

A. It must be known if the individual has undergone any previous treatments, especially with glycolic acid. If this is confirmed, one must wait at least a week before using JENESIS LASER PEEL.

A. Yes, unfortunately JENESIS LASER PEEL is only a temporary solution. In order to avoid skin blemishes from returning, it is necessary to apply Cosmelan regularly. When Cosmelan is not used, a sun block should be applied.
A. Follow up visits are recommended 2-4 weeks after the beginning of treatment, and monthly after, for a period of 3-6 months. Other follow up are on an as-needed basis.
